* The Wayúu are well known for their mastery of crafts and their colourful patterns inspiring by their surroundings and cosmology. The Art of weaving, in their cosmogony, was taught by the spider - Wale 'Kerü in Wayuu language. Kana is the highest and oldest expression of The Wayuu weaving artistry, geometric shapes that depict nature.
